The Course

Menopause isn’t just her journey—it’s yours, too.

If you've ever found yourself thinking “What is even happening right now?”—you're not alone. Meno-What? is a supportive, judgment-free guide created specifically for partners who want to understand what their loved one is going through during menopause.

This isn’t a science lecture or a boring webinar. It's a real, relatable look at the physical and emotional changes that come with midlife, led by two seasoned experts who’ve helped thousands of women navigate this stage with clarity and confidence.

You’ll learn:

  • What menopause actually is (no fluff, no myths)
  • How hormones impact mood, sleep, sex, and more
  • What to say (and what not to say)
  • How to be a steady, supportive partner—without feeling like you’re walking on eggshells

Whether you're looking to strengthen your relationship, reduce confusion, or just feel a little less helpless, this course is your roadmap to connection, empathy, and yes—maybe even laughter.
